Problem:
Minto Communities Calgary was behind the ball. They needed an entire launch campaign, including a sales center in 60 days to meet corporate headquarter’s expectations.
Solution:
We started with market research into Minto’s newest development in Calgary’s own Kensington neighborhood. Anstice identified the buyer profiles for this area in Calgary, and built a respective marketing plan for each. Next, we worked on refreshing the Minto brand itself. We curated a new website that appealed to first-time, young buyers – educational resources, trust symbols, and interactivity were utilized to better round-out the user experience. Minto’s digital marketing efforts were enhanced by the creation of targeted, highly-curated content plans. Clean, minimalist, and highly visual campaigns were created to attract young millennial-aged buyers. Anstice directed the design and aesthetic of The Annex Kensington's sales center, and strategically defined how prospective buyers would experience Minto’s showhomes through events, information sessions, and community-involved activities.
